Online Store Returns/Exchanges

Items purchased through our online store are eligible for a return or exchange within 21 days of your purchase date.

This excludes clearance/sale items and special order items.  For these purchases all sales are final.

Accessories –soakers, guards, laces, scrunchies, jewelry, medical supplies, training tools, etc.

Within 21 days of purchase, The Skater’s Edge will exchange merchandise that is unopened in its original packaging or issue a refund in the amount of payment in the form of original payment. The returned merchandise must be unopened in its original packaging with original receipt. Custom cut skate guard sets cannot be returned or exchanged once cut.

No returns or exchanges without an original receipt, order number, or packing slip as proof of purchase. 

Apparel – dresses, pants/leggings, jackets, shirts, gloves, etc.

Within 21 days of purchase, The Skater’s Edge will exchange merchandise or issue a refund in the form of original payment for the returned merchandise, provided that said merchandise is not damaged or used in any way, shape, or form.  The original tags must be on any clothing items, and any items in packaging must be unopened, remaining in their original packaging.

Tights & Socks

Tights and socks are not returnable once opened. Exchanges for a different pair or refund in the form of original payment will be honored within 21 days of purchase for tights or socks in an unopened package and with an original receipt, order number, or packing slip as proof of purchase.

Shipping:

The Skater’s Edge currently delivers to the United States only.  The Skater’s Edge makes every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible.  However, you should allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery of your order.

All orders leave our shop in new and sound condition with packaging that is fit for the contents of your order.  We are not responsible for items or packages that, once delivered to the Post Office, are damaged, lost, or stolen either in-transit or after delivery.

In the event of a return or exchange back to us, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying any shipping costs for the return.
